The Event Messages app icon

Everyone at your event, updated at once.

Post an update and every attendee who subscribed gets a push notification and a sound on their phone — within seconds, whether the app is open or not.

Coming soon to the App Store and Google Play

What it is for

Conferences, tournaments, festivals, weddings, race days, school trips — anything where plans move and people need to hear about it now. A schedule change, a gate switch, a delayed start, a lost child: you type it once and the people who care are told immediately.

Subscribers, not broadcasts

People choose the events they follow. Nobody is added to a list they did not ask for, and unsubscribing is one tap.

A record that stands

Updates cannot be edited or deleted once posted, so what attendees were told stays exactly as it was told to them.

More than one voice

Designate staff or volunteers as writers for a single event, so they can post updates without running the whole company.

How it works

Create your event

Give it a name, a description and the dates it runs. Updates can only be posted while the event is live.

Attendees subscribe

They find your event in the app and tap Subscribe. They can follow events from several different organisers at once.

You post, they hear it

Type or dictate the update. Every subscriber gets a notification and a distinct sound, even with the app closed.

What it costs

US $89.99 for one event, paid once through the App Store or Google Play. There is no subscription, no per-message charge and no limit on how many updates you post or how many people subscribe. Creating an account and subscribing to somebody else's event are free.
